Shipping

We offer shipping via Canada Post.

We process all orders within 24-72 hours. Customers can select from various services Canada Post has available eg: Expedited shipping, etc.

For U.S customers, it can take between 3 to 14 days to reach to the customer depending on distance and factors such as weather, holiday season etc.

For other International orders, it can take between 2 to 8 weeks to reach to our customers.

Returns

We inspect our products for quality before shipping. We accept returns only if a product has manufacturing defect. The customer is welcome to get back to us via email hello@royalsteps.ca if they have an enquiry about the product.

We also encourage our customers to choose the size of the product by using our sizing guide before they order a product.
